What counts as a site?
One physical location, such as a single office, branch or shopfront. Every Windows computer at that location is covered.
Is there a limit on the number of computers?
No. Install SUMn on as many computers at the site as you need.
Do I need special hardware?
No. SUMn runs on the Windows PCs you already have.
How do I receive my licence?
We email your licence key, download link and setup guide within one business day of purchase.
Do prices include GST?
Annual is $500 plus GST ($550 including GST) per site per year. Monthly is $50 plus GST ($55 including GST) per site per month. A tax invoice is emailed with every payment.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from your customer account, or email support@sumn.com.au, before your next billing date and your subscription will not renew. Your first annual subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: see our refund policy.
